Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2017, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven a B-hurd vehicle with a alcohol content of about 0.186% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 1km from the road in front of the Kimpo-dong Enterprise Bank, Kimpo-dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, to the road in front of the Kimpo-si Enterprise Bank.
