Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2016, the Defendant driven, at around 22:00, a car owned by himself in the state of alcohol content of about 15 meters from the front of the entrance of Pyeongtaek-dong Jeju apartment 111 to the same apartment 111 on the same day, around 22:20 on the same day.
