1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff B is a student who was enrolled in the first and third grade of H middle school in 2015; Plaintiff A is the father of Plaintiff B; Defendant G works as a teacher of the first and third grade of H middle school in 2015; Defendant D is the principal of the above H middle school; Defendant E is the assistant principal of the same school; and Defendant F is the teacher of the ethical department (human rights department) of the same school, respectively.
B. Around November 18, 2015, Nonparty I (hereinafter “victimd student”) who was a half of the Plaintiff B, sent a note to the same anti-party during the 1st century sports class on November 18, 2015, that “The same anti-party, such as Plaintiff B, play and bullying himself collectively, and finally end his life by reporting the face of the bullyings around the school of 5 p.m.” to the end of his life.
C. On November 26, 2015, Defendant G, etc. reported the instant case to Defendant F as a school violence case (hereinafter “instant school violence case”), and Defendant D, upon receiving the said report, ordered the teachers belonging to the organization in exclusive charge of school violence and the Defendant G, etc. to verify whether the instant case was damaged or damaged. Defendant F, G, etc., directly met the students and parents related to the instant school violence case, or notified the parents of the details recorded in the victim’s written statement (I) by telephone, and notified the relevant parents of whether the instant case would be referred to the “instant school violence case” as the agenda of the Hmiddle School School Violence Autonomous Committee (hereinafter “instant autonomous committee”).
On December 4, 2015, the instant autonomous committee is present at the meeting of six of the members registered on December 7, 2015, and the I and its parents, and their parents are present at the meeting.
