1. The Defendant points out of the 2,144.53 square meters of the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached list to the Plaintiff, each of which is indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the building listed in the attached list.

The Defendant has obtained permission for the use from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, with respect to the portion of (Ga) 21.45 square meters (Ga name: B) connected in order to each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the area of 2,144.53 square meters of the building indicated in the attached Table from the Jeju Mayor.

On July 7, 2015, the Jeju Mayor revoked the permission for use on the grounds that the defendant violated the purpose of use.

2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the portion (A) 21.45 square meters (trade name: B) in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, among the 2,144.53 square meters of the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached Table.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
