A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Jeju District Court to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for causing death, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 29, 2017.

1. Obstruction of performance of official duties and injury (2019 order 2252);

A. On June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around C cafeteria located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu; and (b) around 15:32, “A person in charge of obstruction of performance of performance of official duties” received 112 reports and received notification as a minor crime from E, a police officer belonging to the D District Unit of the Yongsan Police Station D District Police Station, called “Chos,” and assaulted E with his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reported cases.

B. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant’s injury, at around 15:50 on June 30, 2019, are located in the place specified in paragraph (1), and the “influence of a fluort” is again taken out from E and F, a police officer belonging to the Yongsan Police Station D District Unit of the Yongsan Police Station called upon 112 report.

Upon receiving the Gu, the year in which he could not be recovered from many women is first considered to be the year in which he could not take the same width. The spitation of spits on the floor and received notification from E as a light crime, which led to E's loss to go beyond the floor.

Around June 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported on June 19, 2019 that he/she drinks alcohol by Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G and the victim H (the age of 60) around Jung-gu G, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) assaulted the victim’s face one time with his/her hand while taking time expenses with the victim.
