Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in Busan District Court’s branch court, and was not a narcotics handler on July 6, 2012.

1. On December 30, 2012, at around 14:30 on December 30, 2012, the Defendant was transferred KRW 4.50,00 from C to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of D, with the purchase price for psychotropic drugs (one-name “propopon”; hereinafter “propopon”).
