1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant newly constructed the said building as an executor of the new construction of a “I” building, which is a land-based neighborhood living facility, etc. outside of H of Incheon Nam-gu, and ten parcels of land.

J (former name: K) was registered as the representative director of the Defendant’s corporate register from August 16, 201 to July 17, 2014, but L and M actually operated the Defendant.

B. The Defendant borrowed the following money from the Plaintiff and the appointed parties D, E, F, and G to raise funds due to the shortage of funds in the process of constructing the said building.

Meanwhile, the Selection C was registered as an internal director in the Defendant’s corporate register from August 16, 2011 to May 23, 2013. The Selection D is the wife of the Selection C, the Selection E is the wife of the Selection C, the Selection F, and the Selection C.
