1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

Basic facts C, while the land of this case was planned to be developed in the station area of this case, planned to purchase the land of this case as planned to develop the station area of this case, it was intended to introduce the Plaintiff A from the Plaintiff and to purchase the land of this case with the Plaintiffs, while it was expected that the purchase of the land of this case would occur later. With respect to the purchase of the instant land, the Plaintiffs and C’s representative director F governed the rights relationship between the Plaintiffs and C, and exchanged the documents, including the “joint business contract,” and the contents of the documents are as follows.

1. Purposes of a contract: Party A’s disease (referring to Party B, Party B, and Plaintiff B, respectively) who is a contracting party, is agreed to jointly purchase the instant land and to jointly carry out a joint project.

(2) The period of project: The project executor from February 20, 2003 to February 20, 2005.

(4) The composition of the Fund: Eul's disease shall be 10 billion won out of the project or land purchase fund, and it shall be 5 billion won (2,500 square meters), Eul's investment of 4 billion won (2,000 square meters), Byung's investment of 10 billion won (500 square meters) and Byung's investment of 10 billion won (50 billion won), and 5 billion won out of 10 billion won shall be appropriated through bank loans.
