Reasons
Basic Facts
The Defendant agreed between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant that the Plaintiff purchased approximately 2,00 square meters of the land of this case, approximately 16,552 square meters of the Sing-gu E ( approximately 5,007 square meters of the land of this case; hereinafter “the land of this case”) as planned to develop the station area of this case. The Plaintiff, a certified judicial scrivener, introduced the Plaintiff A, and agreed to purchase the land of this case with the Plaintiffs, while introducing the Plaintiff A. The Plaintiff, a certified judicial scrivener, decided to purchase the land of this case. The Plaintiff finally agreed to purchase approximately 2,00 square meters of the land of this case, approximately 507 square meters of Plaintiff B, and approximately 2,500 square meters of the land of this case.
