1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts [In the absence of any dispute, Gap evidence 1 through 4, Gap evidence 10-1, 2, and Eul evidence 1 through 3];

A. On February 26, 1981, the term “H land” in the name of G was divided into “Iri (Myeon unit omitted) land” and “F large 1175 square meters” on the grounds that the term “Iri (Myeon unit omitted) land” in the name of G was changed, such as a change in the rights to F land at the time of the division.

② On April 9, 1985, B completed the ownership transfer registration (hereinafter “instant ownership transfer registration”) pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 3562, Apr. 3, 1982; hereinafter “Real Estate Special Assistance Act”) on November 8, 1951 on the ground of the sale as of November 8, 195, pursuant to Article 8482.

③ Since then, the aforementioned “F large scale 1175 square meters” was divided into “F land” on February 23, 1987, “J large scale 82 square meters (in September 11, 1987, the transfer of ownership was made in the name of the F Farmland Improvement Association on September 11, 1987, and the transfer of ownership was made in the name of K on September 16, 201)” and “L large 119 square meters (attached Table 2)”.

④ On November 24, 2004, Defendant D completed the registration of transfer of ownership as to “F land” and “L big 119 square meters” on November 24, 2004 on the ground of the gift made on November 24, 2004, under the receipt of Suwon District Court’s Ansan registry office as 52461.

⑤ Defendant E was awarded a successful bid for each of the said real estate in the Suwon District Court Sejong Housing Site M&D auction held with respect to the aforesaid “F land” and “Lan large scale of 119 square meters,” and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the receipt of No. 21392, May 30, 201, on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on May 12, 201.

④ On March 28, 2014, the aforementioned “F land” was divided into “F 889 square meters (attached Form 1 land)” and “N 85 square meters (attached Form 3),” and the Defendant E, on May 13, 2014, as to “F 889 square meters” as to the above “F 889 square meters”, was “Defendant Gather Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter “Defendant Gatir Agricultural Cooperative”).

In the name of May 13, 2014, the establishment registration of a mortgage of KRW 60 million was completed for the reasons of the contract.
