2. The assertion and judgment

A. According to the facts of the above recognition as to the cause of the principal claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a retirement allowance of KRW 25,434,798 and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from July 15, 2013 to the date of complete payment, which is 14 days after the date of retirement of the Plaintiff.

B. On January 2, 2006, the Defendant concluded a labor contract with the Plaintiff on January 2, 2006, and the relevant contents among them are as follows.

Wages shall be 22,200,000 won per annual salary.

An annual salary shall be an amount including a retirement allowance.

Wages shall be paid 1/12 of the annual salary as monthly salary on the 27th of each month.
