1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company that performs the design and comprehensive supervision of civil and construction works.

On May 11, 1994, the Plaintiff became a member of the Defendant’s supervision division’s director treatment, and thereafter, was promoted to the regular business on August 11, 1996, and on March 11, 2001, and retired from office on August 31, 201.

B. From March 11, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant for a one-year period of contract.

The details of an annual salary contract shall be as follows:
