Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a pay fishing place under the trade name of "C" in Busan-gun B.

On December 15, 2013, between 10:00 and 13:00, the Defendant: (a) received 1410,000 won, including 30,000 won per person in the name of participating in the fishing contest, etc. from approximately 47 persons, such as D, who were willing to open a gambling house for the purpose of profit-making in the above case C; and (b) held a meeting of the times of fishing with the prize of 10,00 won, 2:10,000 won, 3:00 won, and 50,000 won, which are the largest water height for three hours, and opened the gambling by acquiring profits equivalent to 2.60,00 won after deducting the above prize from the participation
