Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2012, at around 00:59, the Defendant driven a falp knife vehicle B with approximately 5 km from the falzar in the vicinity of the Gwangju Pungdong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to the front area of the Gungdong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, with blood alcohol concentration of 0.275%.
