On June 14, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car at a distance of about 400 meters from the public parking lot located at the end of the 3th parallel-dong, Gwangju-si to the front day of the etroke-dong, the same city, with a blood alcohol concentration of 00 meters (0.160%).
