A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on July 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested support for the expenses of directors to a community service center located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) obstructed the duties of the public official of the community service center by assaulting the shoulder of D, which was on duty, on one hand, once the shoulder of the community service center public official, who refused to demand support for the expenses of directors as a basic living beneficiary; and (c) assaulting D’s right-hand knick with the left hand at one time.
