[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a game hall with the trade name of “F” at a warehouse of 50 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu E.

A person is prohibited from providing game products not rated by the Game Rating Board for distribution or use, or exchanging, exchanging, arranging, or re-purchasing tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game products. However, the Defendant: (a) from June 22, 2014 to July 02, 202:30, the Defendant: (b) installed 48 game machine for “sea-to-sea” game not classified by the Game Management Commission in the above “F” game site; (c) provided customers with 10,100,000 won in return for payment from customers; and (d) filled the game in the same manner as the Defendant deducted the points remaining after automatically deducting the points of the card from the service fee when the game is completed.

2. Defendant B served as an employee at the time, time, and place specified in Paragraph 1, and assisted customers who found in the above game room by drinking drinks and tobacco smoking, by harming customers from charging a card in which they play the game, and by facilitating money exchange as stated in Paragraph 1, which is the owner of the game room, when the game is terminated.

3. From June 23, 2014 to July 02:30, 2014, Defendant C serving as an employee in the said game site, using A-to-pured vehicles and spoke vehicles, leaving the digital media frequency in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, to the above game site, and monitor whether there is a crackdown on the outside of the said game site, and facilitate the business described in paragraph A, the game site owner.
