A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attached the front number plate of C vehicle kept at the time when he was employed as a home-based employee on the roads front of the Daegu-gu Building B; (b) attached the front number plate in front of the Dkn Law vehicle owned by the Defendant to use the air illegally.

2. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attached C number plates to Defendant’s vehicle, as described in paragraph (1); and (b) exercised the air defense that was illegally used by running the said vehicle on the front side of the Yongsan-do road located in the Yongsan-gu, Seocho-gu, each month; (c) around April 18, 2013; (d) around 03:17:04 and April 18, 2013.
