Punishment of the crime

Defendant and his name and poor person (Defendant A), B, K, and L comprehensively manage the organization of China and Korea, including the organization management of call centers used for telephone financial fraud crimes, operation of call centers, recruitment of passbooks, remittance, withdrawal, etc., and the overall management of the organization, “China’s general responsibility” under the direction of the Chinese general responsibility, “Korean general responsibility”, “intermediate recruitment of passbooks, withdrawals, and delivery instructions, etc., who manage the amount of damage by means of direct withdrawal or face-to-face fraud, etc., and recruit the passbook to be used for the crime, and recruit the passbook to be used in the crime, and directly or by using Kwikset service, etc., and directly withdraw the amount of damage deposited in the passbook from the Chinese general account, and directly deliver the amount of damage deposited in the passbook to the Chinese general account holder or by means of money transfer from the Chinese general account holder to another Chinese organization, or by means of money transfer from the Chinese organization’s own account holder’s account holder’s account and/or account holder’s account holder’s account.

When the Defendant deposited the amount of damage to the account under the direction given by many and unspecified victims, the Defendant: (a) immediately transferred the amount of damage deposited from the account to another account or directly withdrawn from the account; and (b) conspired in order to take charge of transferring it to the Chinese General Book by unlawful money exchange, etc.
