A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2000, the Defendant married with the victim B (V, 39 years of age) and divorced on February 4, 2015.

1. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the Seo-gu Seoul Studio parking lot in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) reported the victim’s face along D with D; (c) reported the victim’s face twice with the hand floor; and (d) took the victim’s face one time, so that the victim can lead the victim to a hole on the left side of the number of days of treatment.

3. 5. On February 12, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at one time by setting up his cell phone to verify the above Kakaxe, while in the mutual infinite 01:30 on February 12, 2016, the Defendant used the victim’s head at one time.
