Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2015"

1. The defendant is the employer who runs the bus transport business by employing 254 full-time workers as the representative members of the D Limited Partnership Company in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Wages shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date.

Provided, That this shall not apply to extraordinary wages, allowances, or other similar payments, or those wages prescribed by Presidential Decree.
