Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is an employer who runs bus transportation business using 280 full-time workers as the representative director of (ju) G located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (F).

A. From April 21, 200 to February 28, 2014, the Defendant did not pay KRW 43,579,610 of retirement pay to retired workers H within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline.

B. From December 10, 2010 to March 31, 2016, the Defendant did not pay KRW 22,342,881, the sum of KRW 3,203,357, and retirement allowance 17,621,319, as well as KRW 22,342,881, as of KRW 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned.

The Defendants are the vice-person and the co-representative director of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, who used 280 full-time workers and operated bus transportation business.

1. From January 30, 2016 to June 13, 2016, Defendants conspired to make a joint payment of KRW 5,175,938,68,565 of each of the wages of the said companies, and failed to pay the total of KRW 3,105,563 of each of the bonuses of April 31, 2016 ( May 31, 2016), including the payment of KRW 19,68,565 on each of the regular payment days on each of the regular payment days, on December 30, 2015 (the regular payment date, January 30, 2016), and on each of the fixed wages of KRW 3,105,563, and KRW 5,175,938, May 13, 2016 on each of the regular payment dates, 19,68,565, respectively.

2. From December 21, 1996 to May 31, 2016, the Defendants conspired to work in the said company and were retired from office and agreed on the extension of the payment period between the parties, fourteen days from the date of retirement, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment period.
