1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff A with respect to KRW 7,96,520, and KRW 1,500,000 and each of the above amounts.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff A and the plaintiff B are married couple.

B. On September 23, 2014, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order (Case Number Incheon District Court Decision 2014 High Court Decision 201Da15968) with respect to the facts charged (referring to “Plaintiff A” and “Plaintiff A”) to impose a fine of KRW 1,50,000 on Plaintiff A.
