A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a new taxpayer who is subject to enlistment in active duty service.

Although the Defendant received the notice of enlistment in active duty service to the Army Training Center located in the Geum-gu, Seosan-si, Seosan-si on July 15, 2013 at a place where it is impossible to identify the place around June 7, 2013, the Defendant failed to enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
