Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From October 10, 2013 to November 4, 2015, when the Defendant died due to a traffic accident, the Plaintiffs concluded four insurance contracts with the content that the Defendant would pay insurance proceeds to the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) as follows:
