A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2018. 11. 7. 20:25경 제주시 서광로 218 (삼도일동)에 있는 서사라사거리 길 위에서 “남성이 도로에 뛰어들어서 차량을 막고 있다.”라는 112신고를 접수하고 출동한 제주동부경찰서 B지구대 소속 순경 C(26세)이 도로에 뛰어드려는 피고인을 만류하는 D의 멱살을 잡고 있는 피고인을 제지시키자 C에게 “난 잘못한 거 없어. 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 씨발 새끼야. 이거 놔, 새끼야.”라고 욕을 하면서 양손으로 C의 오른팔 부위를 4~5회 가량 내리쳐 경찰관의 범죄의 예방진압 및 수사에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
