A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2019, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the head of the Jeju East Police Station C police station located in B on December 8, 2019, that “the two souths are wraped; (b)” and received the notification from the police officer E (34) belonging to the Jeju East Police Station C police station located in B, and received the notification that “the two souths are wraped,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and suppression.
