On June 9, 2016, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act (acusing hallucinogenic substances) at the Dong District Court on April 11, 2017, which included the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Eup prison on April 11, 201.

A. At around 15:30 on April 20, 2017, the Defendant, via the entrance door at the victim’s residence located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, brought about one butane gas owned by the victim, which was located in the portable gas room. (b) On April 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid down the entrance door at the victim’s residence, such as the above “A” (hereinafter “the victim’s house”); and (b) laid down the door at the victim’s residence; (c) laid down the door, which was corrected in the victim’s residence; and (d) laid down one black PC at the market price of KRW 300,000,000,00,000 for the victim’s household located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

A. On April 20, 2017, at around 15:35, the Defendant: (a) taken out a stolen butane gas, such as the foregoing “1. A”; and (b) inhaled the gas by cutting the soil in advance, which was in possession of the gas in the gas in the vicinity of the place of “1. A” and bringing the gas into the air, and taking the gas into the air.

On April 22, 2017, around 11:17, the Defendant: (a) taken out a stolen butane gas, such as the foregoing “1.B”; and (b) inhaled the gas by cutting the soil in advance, which was in possession of the gas in the gas in the vicinity of the place of “1.
