Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for fraud in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and is currently under suspension of execution for which the judgment became final and conclusive on October 22, 2016.
1. Fraud;
A.
