A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Ulsan District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 4, 2011, and was serving in the Ulsan District Court on October 3, 2011, and completed the enforcement of the sentence.
1. On March 31, 2013, around 22:30, the Defendant was provided with 'E' operated by the victim D in Suwon-gu, Busan, with the victim D', and the Defendant was provided with 3:10,000 won of the market price by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the ability or intent to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc. from the victim and paid the price normally.

4. At around 02:30 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant was provided with the “N” main points operated by the Victim M in Suwon-gu L, Busan, and the Defendant was provided with 1 disease, 300,000 won of the market price by deceiving employees’O as if he did not have any ability or intent to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, eye, etc.
