A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, at the D Distribution Center of the Victim “C Limited Liability Company” (hereinafter “C”) located in Osan-si B, Osan-si, committed daily work from January 2019 to night and late night, and was aware of the fact that the employees were negligent in the management of Nowon-gu, which is used for the management of goods due to the considerable number of people working at the said Logistics Center as he/she himself/herself, and that he/she did work, or did work, on a daily basis or did work, with the intention to steal Nowon-gu computers used at the said Logistics Center.
1. From 18:00 on February 18, 2019 to 05:00 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant building into a distribution center of the victim’s “C” managed by E, and went into a freezing warehouse; (b) entered the said building to work clothes from the fifth floor to the working clothes; and (c) went into a freezing warehouse; and (d) entered the victim’s market price of 800,000 won (e.g., the victim’s property) into the del (e., e., e., e., the victim’s property; (b) returned to the 5th floor; and (c) went back to the del (e.g., the victim’s property) and stolen the victim’s property.
The Defendant, as well as this in such a manner as above,
4. By the end of 20.20, as indicated in the No. 1 through 3, 7, 8, 10 through 16 of the annexed Table of Crimes, the sum of the market prices of No. 49, including No. 580, No. 47, No. 5200, and No. 5200, a total of 12 times, owned by the victim, was stolen.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd each victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.
2. From March 1, 2019 to around 05:00 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) put in the above FF Logistics Center managed by E with one unit of E from the victim’s market price of 800,000 won; (b) put in the part of E’s work clothes, the victim’s market price of which is 80,000 won; and (c) returned to the fiveth floor of the 5th floor and then put in his own room.
