1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 31, 2013 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: (a) on February 26, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 50,000,000 to Defendant B; (b) on March 30, 2013, the maturity date was determined as of March 30, 2013; and (c) on the maturity date and time delay damages, the Plaintiff paid the amount calculated at a rate of 30% per annum; and (c) Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the said obligation.
Therefore, the above loan is demanded.
