1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 29, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On June 25, 2013, the Plaintiff leased KRW 50,000,00 to C. On February 1, 2015, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to the said Plaintiff.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above loans KRW 50,000,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
