Punishment of the crime

1. On November 6, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 03:17, 2017, the Defendant was drunk at the police station for the Cheongju Civil Aviation, which was located in the Cheongju-gun, the Gu Cheongju-gun, the Defendant was arrested in a flagrant offender of B and C under the influence of alcohol, and was released, but did not return home, and entered the office for guidance of the Cheongju Civil Aviation Police Station, and (b) was under the influence of alcohol to D, who was working at the place.
