Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. While the Defendant, as a resident of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, was working as the chairperson of the B Apartment Normalization Countermeasures Council, the Defendant is not the right to recruit the above apartment election management committee members.

A. B.
