Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Hazardous Driving) driven a road front of the C cafeteria located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with alcohol concentration of 0.122% in blood, while driving D 2.0% in the state of under the influence of alcohol level 0.12% in blood, and led the Defendant to take a walk in the direction of the Song Women's Culture Center in the direction of 41-ro 41-gil in white-ro 41-ro.

2. Around September 23:57, 2017, the Defendant driven a brea vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.122% from the 5m section of alcohol leveling from around 41-lane 41 in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu to the 11rd road.
