A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 9, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) on March 9, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a non-filled child or juvenile, by putting the Defendant’s body in a HI village bus from before the E bank located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front of G high school located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on March 9, 2015, using a large number of passengers, and booming the victim’s body after the victim’s JJ (n, 16 years old).

2. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) on March 16, 2015, around 07:20 on March 16, 2015, committed an indecent act against the victim of rice by inserting the Defendant’s body in HI community bus within the E Bank located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front of G high school located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by using the large number of passengers, and by using the congested gap in the above paragraph (1) and inserting the right bridge into the victim’s bridge, thereby forcing the victim of rice into a bridge.

3. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed, around March 14, 2016, an indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a child or juvenile, on the following behind the victim’sO (including 17 years old), using a large number of passengers in the apartment around K in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front of Ma located in Dobong-gu L, Seoul, by using the gap in which he/she is mixed, committed an indecent act against the victim, who was a child or juvenile.
