A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on August 12, 2010, the same kind of criminal records are more than twice.

On June 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 20:10, and proceeded with a two-lane of the two-lane prior to the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with a single distance distance from the public health clinic.
