1. The defendant shall pay 22,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 27, 2009 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim: Around December 2008, the Plaintiff leased a live fish container with the Defendant for a monthly rent of one million won, and the period from December 15, 2008 to March 15, 2009. If the container is lost, the Plaintiff entered into a container lease agreement with the Defendant to pay 20 million won to the Plaintiff, and thereafter, the Defendant occupied and used the container since around that time. Since the contact with the Defendant was cut off and the container was not returned due to the unpaid rent for the two-month period, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of KRW 22 million in total as agreed amount due to the loss of the container and KRW 22 million in the rent for the two-month period.
