Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Korea National Housing Corporation (the Korea National Housing Corporation and the Korea Land Corporation are merged with the defendant on October 1, 2009).
It does not leave before and after the merger, but is "the defendant" only.
on November 6, 1995, the Governor of the Gyeonggi-do referred to as the “instant housing site” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant housing site”) of both States C, D, E, and F.
(2) On May 6, 1997, the instant housing site development plan was amended and the implementation plan was approved on June 25, 2002, and the relevant area was finally 563,831 square meters.
B. On December 16, 1997, the Defendant obtained the approval of the housing construction project plan and the alteration thereof from the Gyeonggi-do governor to build the G block ground apartment (hereinafter “H apartment”) in the instant housing site development project district with a total of 1,290 households, including 790 households in public sale and labor welfare and 500 households. On October 5, 2000, the Defendant obtained the approval of the alteration of the housing construction project plan that constructs the instant H apartment with a total of 1,290 households, including 27 households in public sale and public lease and 1,263 households in public lease and 290 households.
The above public rental portion among the H apartment of this case is referred to as the leased apartment of this case.
