A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) taken a bath with the victim C (the age of 16) and the victim D (the age of 17) known through C; (b) took a bath; (c) provided approximately 1-20,000 won of cash to the victims on the face of the victims who take a bridge with their own scambling and scambling them; and (d) took a bath to the victims by taking a bath and taking them out for their bath; and (c) took them out to the victim with no person and forced them to commit an indecent act.
