Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

C and the Defendant came to know of the fact that, around April 201, in relation to high school line, the paid content provided by SK Telecom was downloaded to the mobile phone, and that if the mobile phone number was changed within a certain period and the same content was changed to a new one, the Defendant did not claim the information usage fee.

C and the Defendant conspired to acquire the right of cultural products equivalent to KRW 1,500, which are provided by the victim company as free gifts for each case, after having joined a large quantity of cell phoness under the name of another and changing the number of cell phoness through the said method.

1. On April 22, 201, at around 10:09, C received the right of cultural products equivalent to KRW 1,500,00 provided by the victim company as free gifts, when he/she receives a download from a mobile phone (phone number:F) affiliated with his/her office located on the fourth floor of the Suwon-si D building, by paying for the information usage fee of KRW 4,500 for the victim company’s fee of KRW 5,00 with respect to the victim company’s “E”.

C Around 20:01 on June 24, 201, after changing the cell phone number of the above mobile phone number toG by the same method, received the victim company’s right of cultural products amounting to KRW 20 million by the same method, including the victim company’s re-payment of gift certificates equivalent to KRW 1,500,00, which was paid as free gifts by the victim company, by not paying the information service fee.

6. From 11,690 times in total, 11,690 copies of cultural products have been granted by the victim company the right of KRW 17 million;

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit the same mobile phone.
