On December 11, 2014, at least 00:25, the Defendant sent to the other party a speech that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion by putting the phone from the victim’s cell phone to the cell phone used by the Defendant for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and putting the phone from the victim’s cell phone to the victim’s cell phone. 1.
