Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant stated to the effect that the victim C (71 years of age, South) who is the security guard of the above apartment cannot follow his direction as the representative of the above apartment at the conference room of the 3rd floor of the Busan Shipping Daegu apartment management office (20:00 on August 24, 2017).
