A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 16, 2018, at around 22:05, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures after Accidents) by occupational negligence, which failed to properly operate the steering gear while under the influence of alcohol of 0.158% in front of the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, while driving a c marina car on the one-lane road, and by occupational negligence, the victim D, parked on the right side of the road, and the part of each left side of the victim D, owned by the victim D, which was parked on the right side of the road, was shocked in order to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and carried out without any measure even though the vehicle of the above victim D’s spawn, and at the front of the same time, the victim D’s spawn is unreasonable to comply with the victim D.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to such occupational negligence, escaped without taking necessary measures at the time of the occurrence of a traffic accident, even though he/she suffered damage equivalent to KRW 710,002 in the estimation of repair cost, KRW 608,001 in the estimation of repair cost, and KRW 782,373 in the J Lone Star Roves Roys Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Pos Ba, which is owned by the victim D.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving of the said C Ethz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.158% from the 5km section around the Incheon Michuhol-gu M street to the point of accident as set forth in paragraph (1).
