A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On May 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law in the support of the Daejeon District Court on the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison on January 1, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle of CAE WD.

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license of the said vehicle, and driven the road of four lanes in front of the Eelurian in Asan City D at a speed that is impossible to identify the four-lanes from the onshore to the Asan-do surface.

At the time, there are nights, and there are other vehicles driving along at different places, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by accurately operating the steering system and steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeds in the same direction as the Defendant’s vehicle driving direction, and received the back part of the G G G G driving which is driving in the same direction as that of the Defendant’s vehicle driving in the same direction as the Defendant’s vehicle driving direction, as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time damaged the franchise to cover KRW 3,946,262 of the repair cost.

2. On November 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 19:00, driven a vehicle of approximately 3 km from the road front of the dong Bridge cafeteria, which was located in the north of the Eup/Myeon of the ASEAN, in order to ensure that the vehicle is operated without obtaining a driver’s license from the road front of the east Bridge, which is located in the ASEAN-si, Eup/Myeon.

3. The defendant shall be present at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) for violating the Traffic Act.
