Punishment of the crime

On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 1945, the Defendant, with a view to raising money from personal debts and because of the lack of living expenses, was trying to obtain money from customers by raising false materials on the Internet website.

However, even if the defendant received money, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver mobile phones.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 750,000 won from the victim to the new bank account under the name of G Limited Company (H) designated by the Defendant as the price for goods.

In addition, from that time to September 29, 2014, the Defendant acquired the total amount of KRW 4.69 million from the victims as the price for goods through the same method, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached sheet.

"2016 Highest 2069"

1. On December 2, 2013, at a place where the place is unknown, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would open a mobile phone to track the other party’s location on the Internet portal “NA” camera “I” bulletin, and that he/she would open a mobile phone when he/she reads and transmits money to the victim J who perused and contacted the mobile phone.

However, the defendant prepared false writing for the purpose of raising money, and even if he receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to open a location tracking cell phone.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and deceiving him/her from the victim on December 2, 2013 and around December 3, 2013.
