A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period, and shall not sojourn beyond the limits of his/her sojourn status or sojourn period;

On April 6, 2011, the Defendant entered the country of Sri Lankan nationality as a foreigner for the manufacturing business of sojourn status (E-9-1) and stayed beyond the sojourn status or sojourn period until July 9, 2019 when the period of sojourn expires.

2. On July 30, 2017, around 04:06, the Defendant: (a) committed theft in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B commercial building; (b) the victim C parked in front of the victim’s market price of KRW 4,200,000, the victim’s market price of KRW 4,200,000.

3. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on July 7, 2019, and around 22:0, the Defendant: (b) opened a dial door on the part of the Victim F owned by the Victim F, which was under the influence of alcohol, and intruded into the inside of the warehouse; and (c) discovered a water surface dynasium owned by the Victim G, which was kept in the said dynasium; and (d) laid down the dynasium of the mixed material in ceiling and rubber, which was in the said dynasium, and laid down the dynasium of the above dynasium and the parts connected to the main body of the water so that the dynasium and the parts connected to the body of the water can be destroyed so that the dynasium amounting to 410,00
