A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on November 2020, administered a philophone in a manner of inserting approximately 0.03gopon, which was 0.03ghn from the name in the name in the name in the name in the name in the "E", into the glass pipe, and inhaleing the smoke generated by heating the buphone.
