A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2008, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court on December 31, 2008, a fine of KRW 1 million as a same crime in the same court on April 21, 2015, and a fine of KRW 7 million in the same court on January 5, 2016 after having been issued a summary order of KRW 7 million as a same crime at the same court on January 5, 2016.

On March 15, 2016, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a B-learning car without a driver's license, in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.083%, from the front of the Central Party located in the Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the roads in front of the same Gu's central road.

1. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of B-learning cars within approximately 2 km from the front road of the Central Park in Jung-dong, Busan to the front road of the Seocho-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 19, 2016.

2. The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph (1) above, had the Defendant committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, but at around 19:00 on the same day, called “the contact with the Defendant, at the police station where the Defendant had the Defendant’s driver’s license revoked, she was called as “the Defendant got off and driven at the police station because of the traffic accident, she will have the police station run,” and let C make the Defendant make a false report as if he caused the traffic accident. At the Busan Dong-dong Busan Dong-dong Busan Police Station D office, Busan Dong-dong Busan Police Station D, the Defendant had the Defendant make a false statement as if he caused the traffic accident to the assistant E belonging to the above police station that is investigating the traffic accident at that time, and abetted the offender by having the Defendant prepare the “traffic accident statement” as such.
